Push notifications
Know what needs you, and nothing else
Choose which events reach each device. Staff only receive notifications for the parts of the store they have permission to see.
New orders
On by default, with a link straight to the order. Paid-order and high-value-order alerts are there if you want them, with your own threshold.
Low stock
When a product drops to its low-stock level.
Quiet hours
Set a start and end time in your time zone and the phone stays silent overnight.

Phone-first screens
Designed for one hand and a busy day
On a phone, the sidebar becomes a bottom tab bar — Home, Orders, Products, POS and More. Orders appear as cards you can pull to refresh, and an order's main actions stay in a bar at the bottom of the screen: fulfil, mark paid, refund or print.
Products get a quick sheet for changing stock and price without opening the full editor, the product editor folds into sections with a sticky Save button, and bookings open on a day or agenda view.

Getting it on your phone
Installed in under a minute
Step 1: Open your admin
Sign in at app.sellorchard.com on your phone.
Step 2: Add to Home Screen
On Android and desktop, tap Install when prompted. On iPhone, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen — the admin shows you how.
Step 3: Allow notifications
Under Notifications & devices, switch on push for this device and pick the events you want.
Step 4: Send a test
Tap "Send test notification" to check it arrives. Each device is listed, so you can remove an old phone later.

The mobile admin is the same SellOrchard admin, installed on your device — so it's part of every plan and the free trial, and staff see only what their permissions allow.
Do I download it from the App Store or Google Play?
No. It installs from your browser: on Android and desktop tap Install, and on iPhone use Share → Add to Home Screen. It then opens full-screen with its own icon.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Add it to your Home Screen from Safari first; after that you can switch on push notifications for that iPhone.
Which notifications can I get?
New orders, paid orders, high-value orders, low stock, new reviews, return requests, new bookings, support chat replies and platform incidents. Each can be switched on or off per store, with quiet hours.
Will my staff get notifications too?
Each staff member chooses their own notifications on their own devices, and only receives them for areas their permissions cover.
Can I use Point of Sale on my phone?
Point of Sale is designed for tablets, and on a phone its cart opens as a bottom sheet. POS is part of the Pro and Advanced plans.
Does the app cost extra?
No. It's the same admin, included with every plan.
