Numbers that add up the same way every time
Every report uses the same definitions — gross sales, discounts, returns, net sales, shipping, taxes and total sales — in your store's time zone, with test and cancelled orders left out. Pick a date range, compare it with the one before, and download the table behind any chart.
- Ranges up to two years
- Links keep the range, comparison and basis
- A last-7-days strip on your admin home
Availability: Included on every plan — CSV exports on paid plans
Overview
The whole store on one screen
The overview puts total sales, net sales, orders, average order value, units, new customers, returns and taxes side by side, each with its change against the comparison period. Below the cards, a sales chart draws the current period over the previous one, followed by top products, payment methods, new versus returning customers and abandoned-cart recovery.
Choose Today, Yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, this or last month, this quarter, this year or a custom range. Grouping switches between days, weeks and months to suit the range.
- Compare with the previous period, the previous year, or nothing
- Placed or paid basis toggle
- Sales by channel when you use Point of Sale

Available on every plan
Reports are part of every plan, including the free trial (where every order is a test order, so reports stay empty until you go live). CSV exports are available once you're on a paid plan.
What's the difference between net sales and total sales?
Net sales are gross sales minus discounts and returns. Total sales add shipping and taxes on top. Every report uses the same definitions.
Can I compare this month with last year?
Yes. Choose "previous year" as the comparison and every KPI shows its change, with the chart drawing both periods.
Are test orders included?
No. Test orders, cancelled orders and unpaid orders that expired are always left out.
Can I export reports?
Yes. Every report has an Export CSV button (up to 50,000 rows) on paid plans.
Do reports handle multiple currencies?
Yes. Amounts are converted to your store currency using the exchange rate saved on each order, and the sales report includes a breakdown by currency.
Can I see in-store and online sales separately?
Yes. With Point of Sale, the overview shows sales by channel, and sales can be broken down by location, register and staff member.
