Set Product type to Digital — downloadable files. In Files & license keys: drag files in (any type, up to 2 GB each), rename, assign to all variants or one, upload a new version (buyers get the new one), delete. Download rules override the store defaults (limit, link expiry). License keys: turn on "Give each buyer a license key", save the product, then paste keys (one per line) to import. If keys run out the order still completes and you can Assign keys later from the order page. Store defaults: Settings → Digital products (download limit, link expiry, "Require an account for digital purchases"). Buyers get a download email; digital-only orders need no shipping and move to Delivered automatically.
Gift card products
Set Product type to Gift card; in Pricing & amounts add amounts (each becomes a variant of an "Amount" option, e.g. 25, 50, 100). Shoppers can send to a recipient with a message and a send date. Cards are emailed when the order is paid.
