- Products → Import (
/products/import), or setup guide "Import from a file". - Upload a CSV (up to 20 MB). Files understood: SellOrchard template (downloadable), Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Other CSV (matched column by column).
- Check Columns mapping, choose What to do: Add new & update existing / Only add new / Only update existing. Options: New products are Active or Draft, Download images, Create missing categories, Create missing brands, weight unit.
- Review the Preview (new / update / skip / errors) and start. Progress and a log are shown; Stop import to cancel. Rows match existing products by SKU, then handle. Products over your plan limit are skipped.
Export: the Products list has Export (CSV) on paid plans (hidden on the trial).
