Your partners, connected your way

Print-on-demand
Import a design, set your markup, start selling
Browse the products in your Printful or Printify account from inside SellOrchard, with their mockups and costs. Pick the ones you want, choose a percent or fixed markup and whether they arrive as drafts or go live. Variants, options and images come across; the price is your cost plus markup.
- Mockup images are copied into your media library
- Cost prices stored on every variant for margin reporting
- Re-sync to refresh images, costs and variants — your own titles and descriptions are kept unless you choose otherwise
- Send orders as confirmed or as drafts you confirm yourself
What happens after checkout
One order, many hands
Step 1: The order is paid
Lines are grouped by who fulfils them: you, a supplier, Printful or Printify.
Step 2: Purchase orders go out
Each supplier gets a PO numbered like PO-1001 with the ship-to address, items, supplier SKUs and your packing-slip note. POD lines are sent through the provider's order API.
Step 3: Tracking comes back
Suppliers add tracking on their no-login page or by webhook; Printful and Printify report shipments to SellOrchard.
Step 4: Your customer is told
Tracking is added to the order and the usual shipped notification goes out, line by line for mixed orders.

Questions
Dropshipping & print-on-demand: answered
Still curious? The help center walks through every setting.
Which print-on-demand services can I connect?
Printful and Printify. You connect each one with an API token from your own account with them; their production and shipping costs are billed by them.
Does my supplier need a SellOrchard account?
No. Suppliers receive purchase orders by email or webhook and add tracking through a private link for each PO — no login needed.
Can I mix my own stock with dropshipped items in one order?
Yes. Each line knows who fulfils it. Your own lines are fulfilled as usual, the rest go to the right supplier or provider, and the order counts as shipped once every line has shipped.
How are prices set for imported POD products?
Your provider's cost plus the markup you choose on import, either a percentage or a fixed amount. You can edit prices afterwards like any product.
What happens if an order is cancelled?
Purchase orders that haven't been sent are cancelled. For sent POD orders SellOrchard asks the provider to cancel where the provider allows it and shows you the result; suppliers get a cancellation notice.
Is it on the Basic plan?
No — dropshipping and print-on-demand are on Pro and Advanced. You can try the full setup in test mode during the free trial.
