- Turn on in Loyalty → Settings (
/loyalty/settings): sections Program (Loyalty program on, program name, what points are called), Earning (points per amount spent, creating an account, writing a review, adding a photo, birthday, newsletter signup, first order bonus; points become available after N days; guests earn too), Redeeming (Fixed rewards table or Flexible rate; minimum to redeem; max % of an order), Expiry, VIP tiers (Add tier: based on amount spent or points; points multiplier; free shipping; perks), Referrals (Referral program on; friend's reward % or amount with minimum order; referrer's reward points / store credit / discount code; friends must be new customers; most rewards per referrer), Notifications. - Overview (
/loyalty): members, points issued/redeemed, outstanding points, redemption rate, referral stats, top members. Members (/loyalty/members): balances and tiers. Referrals (/loyalty/referrals): Approve and reward or Reject manually. - Adjust a customer's points from the Rewards card on their page. Shoppers see a
/rewardspage, an account Rewards tab, and a "Use points" box at checkout; referral links look like/r/{code}.
