Sales channels (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Marketing → Sales channels (/marketing/channels; Marketing access can view, Settings access can change). Each store gets product feed URLs that Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager and TikTok fetch on a schedule — no app to install. Feeds work on every paid plan; on the free trial they work but the storefront is hidden from search engines, so platforms may reject products.
- On the Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or TikTok card open How to connect for the numbered steps. Google: Merchant Center → Products → Feeds → Add (+) → country and language → Scheduled fetch → paste the XML URL → daily. Meta: Commerce Manager → Catalog → Data sources → Add items → Data feed → Scheduled feed → paste the URL. TikTok: Ads Manager (or Seller Center) → Assets → Catalogs → Add products → Data feed → paste the URL.
- Add feed for each country you sell to: choose Country, Language (your enabled store languages) and Currency (your enabled currencies), then Save — the feed's URL appears with a Copy button (XML; Meta and TikTok also CSV). Switch a feed on/off with its toggle; each feed shows when it was last fetched, by whom and how many items. Removing a feed (and saving) stops its URL.
- What goes into your feeds: brand when a product has none (default: store name), condition, Include out-of-stock items, Include digital products (gift cards never), shipping (From my shipping zones or Don't send shipping), and Leave these products out. Each variant is one item; drafts, hidden products and products without price or image are left out.
- Google product categories: pick a Default Google category and map each store category to Google's category list (search by word). A product's own category (product editor → Sales channels) wins over the mapping.
- Diagnostics: pick a feed to see items in the feed, items without problems, and errors (keep an item out, e.g. no image, no price) and warnings (e.g. no GTIN, no brand, no description, title too long, no Google category); filter by severity and press Fix to open the product at the right section.
- Feed link security → Make new feed URLs if a URL leaked: old URLs stop working immediately, so paste the new ones into Google, Meta and TikTok.
