- Customers (
/customers): views All / Has account / Subscribed to marketing / Returning / Blocked / Wholesale applications; search, sort, filter by group or segment. Export CSV on paid plans. - Customer page: details (name, phone, "Subscribed to marketing emails" — only if they agreed), SMS consent (order updates by text, marketing texts), note, addresses, recent orders, Store credit (balance, history, add/remove with a note), Rewards (points, tier, history, adjust, referral link), Group & wholesale (assign group, company, tax ID, approve/reject applications), Text messages, Age verification card (compliance stores). Block a customer to stop them signing in or ordering; Delete customer only works without orders.
- Customer groups (
/customers/groups): name, Discount off retail %, Show wholesale labels ("Trade price"), Minimum order, Payment by invoice (net 7–60 days → "Pay by invoice" at checkout for members), Tax exempt, Free shipping. Discounts can be limited to groups. - Wholesale (Settings → Wholesale): Turn on wholesale, Hide prices from guests, Accept applications (form on your store's
/wholesalepage — link it from a menu), Approve applications automatically, default group, intro text. Pending applications show as a badge on Customers; approve/reject on the customer page (the shopper is emailed).
