- Gift cards (
/gift-cards): tabs Active / Used / Expired / Disabled / All; search by code end, recipient. Issue gift card: value, optional own code, expiry, customer, recipient email/name, message, note, send email — the full code is shown once (copy it). Open a card to see history, Adjust balance (note required), edit expiry/recipient, Disable, resend the email. - Sell gift cards by creating a product with type Gift card.
- Settings → Gift cards: Accept gift cards, expiry (Never expire — recommended — or after 1–120 months).
- Store credit: adjust on the customer page; refunds and returns can go to store credit. Signed-in shoppers can use it at checkout.
